Refund Policy

We do our very best to create the finest bespoke products to your measurements. If you feel there is a problem with the quality of your order, please get in touch and we will ask you to return the item so we can replace it or refund you. Please bear in mind our fabrics are printed by hand, and as such small imperfections are possible. However, in cases where we have been given inaccurate measurements we cannot accept returns or make refunds. Valid claims must be made within seven days of arrival. Langton Textiles only makes guarantees limited to Goods sold for private and/or domestic use and is not liable for any losses or damages beyond the price/value of the Goods upon ordering. As all our products are made-to-measure, full refunds will only be granted for orders placed within the last 24 hours, so if you need to amend your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel but your bespoke order is in production, please contact us and we will grant a relevant refund based on the stage of production.


Pricing and delivery costs
The Price of the Goods is as posted on our website. You can view the Price in a variety of currencies. We then confirm the Price of Goods ordered plus delivery charges when you place an Order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
