These terms and conditions govern the business relationship between you and Langton Textiles (‘Langton Textiles’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). By buying from Langton Textiles or using our website in any way, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them.

1. The contract between you and us.

These terms and conditions apply to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods (which means any goods offered for sale on our web site) and, so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to our web site. These terms may be changed from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those posted on our website on the day you order such Goods. You agree that you will provide us with accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself to enable us to provide you
with the Goods. The information set out under ‘Shipping & Returns’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ on our website is deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.
A contract between you and Langton Textiles will only come into existence on confirmation of despatch. Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained on our web site or other advertising matter
are for general information and guidance only. You will pay all sums due to Langton Textiles under these terms without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

2. Delivery, Import Duties etc.

Deliveries will be made by our chosen carrier to the address you provide with your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for purchasing only such Goods as you can legally import and for all import duties and taxes of any kind.

3. Returns

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please bear in mind:
• The colours which are shown on the website will depend on many factors including your computer display settings
• The items are hand crafted and therefore colours do vary slightly to the images on the website.
• All goods are subject to availability – however we will place an “Out of Stock” notice once a product is out of stock

4. Limitation of our liability

We may make changes to our website and/or the Content (which means any information in any form published on our website) at any time and without advance notice We try to make sure that all information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. If at some point it is not, then we will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as possible. We are not liable in any circumstances for indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data, or loss of revenues or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of Goods. We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. In any claim against us, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you have purchase in the contract which is the subject of the dispute. These terms and conditions and the supply of Goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under any contract between you and beach candy.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all contents on this Site; 3. All software used on this Site. The content and software on this Site may be only used as a shopping resource and any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this Site is strictly prohibited save to the extent that it is for your own personal and non-commercial use.
